Production time
Everything we make is printed to order, so each order needs a little time in production before it ships. We aim to make and dispatch your order within 2–3 business days of your order being placed (and, for custom creations, your design being finalised). Larger packs or busy periods may take a little longer.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only — Australia-wide, including metro and regional areas. We're not shipping internationally just yet, but hope to in the future.

Free standard (tracked) shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Delivery times
The estimates above are counted from dispatch, not from when you place your order — so please allow for our production time as well (see above).
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery is handled by Australia Post and can be affected by your location, public holidays, and peak periods. Deliveries to WA, NT, TAS and regional or remote areas may take longer than the estimates shown.
Tracking
Tracking is included with our Standard (tracked) and Express options — we'll email you a tracking link once your order ships.
Our Standard (untracked) option is our most affordable, and as the name suggests it's sent without tracking. That means we can't provide a tracking number or confirm when your parcel has been delivered, though we will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched so you know it's on its way. If you'd like to be able to follow your parcel, just choose a tracked option at checkout.
Delivery address and risk
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout — we're not able to take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provide.
Shipping outside Australia
We don't currently ship outside Australia. If that changes, we'll update this page — so check back, or get in touch if you'd like to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Delayed or lost parcels
If you chose a tracked option, your tracking link is the quickest way to see where things are at.
If you chose Standard (untracked), we're not able to trace a parcel in transit. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the dispatch email we send you, please contact us at hello@creaturestickers.com with your order number and we'll work with you to sort it out — usually by remaking and resending your order.
