Kids' drawings are our jam - the messier the better - plus photos of the things they treasure: a favourite toy, a pet, a flower, a shell from the best beach day ever. JPG and PNG work best, and good light with a straight-on shot makes the magic work better. Two house rules: no photos of people (big or small), and no copyrighted characters (an original purple dragon, yes; a shop-bought Bluey, no).

We take privacy - especially children's privacy - seriously. Keeping people out of uploads helps keep everyone safe. Their teddy or favourite pet though? Very welcome.

Cartoon gives their creature a bold, playful look; Painting turns it soft and storybook-ish; Tidy Up simply cleans the background (and those mystery pasta-sauce stains) while keeping their creation exactly as they made it. You can preview before you decide.

Usually one of our two house rules (a person visible in the photo, or a branded character), or occasionally an image that's too blurry to work with. You won't be charged for anything we can't make. If you think we've got it wrong, email hello@creaturestickers.com and we'll take a look.

26 ready-made creatures - one for every letter, designed by us. No uploading required: pick your letter, choose your size, and we'll print it. Each comes with its own happy word ("B is for Brilliant"), or pop a name in the box to personalise it instead ("B is for Bonnie"). A first name is all we need.

Sticker sheets - custom or Alphabet - come in Mini (12 stickers, approx. 5cm each), Midi (6 stickers, approx. 7cm each) or Maxi (4 stickers, approx. 9cm each), chosen per creature, so the dragon can be Maxi while the teddy goes Mini. Magnet packs come with 4 maxi magnets (approx. 9cm each), one creature per pack of 4, ready for the fridge gallery (and to gift loved ones).

Pricing is per creature: sticker sheets $12, magnet packs $18, or the combo pack of both for $25 (save $5). Got a whole gang? The Family Pack gives you 4 sticker sheets plus a magnet pack for $48 (save $18 i.e. get the magnet pack for free!)

Everything is made to order. We print and dispatch within 2–3 business days, then delivery takes around 3–5 business days depending on where you are. Standard (untracked) shipping is $5 (our most affordable option), Standard (tracked) is $10, and Express is $15 - and shipping is free on orders over $50. We ship within Australia only for now.

Because everything is printed to order (and often personalised), we can't accept returns for change of mind - so please double-check your design, size and spelling before you pay. But if something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll absolutely make it right: email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. If your order simply hasn't turned up within 10 business days of your dispatch email, get in touch - we'll usually just remake and resend it.

Premium PVC-free polypropylene vinyl. Traditional vinyl stickers are often made from PVC, which typically relies on chemical softeners called phthalates that can migrate out of soft plastics over time. Polypropylene doesn't need that, which is why it's the same family of plastic widely used for food packaging. Ours has been tested with no detectable restricted heavy metals or phthalates, and we print with water-based inks classified as non-hazardous. They're water-resistant - happy on lunchboxes, books and bike helmets - but not fans of dishwashers or long soaks, so keep them off anything washed regularly, and off food surfaces.

Our products contain small parts and aren't suitable for children under 3. Magnets in particular should never be put in the mouth or swallowed - if that happens, seek medical advice immediately. Adult supervision is always recommended for young children.
